Rust Solve Rust stripper

Industrial strength rust stripper for rust and corrosion cleaning. Used correctly Rust-Solve results in rust removal to white metal clean.

SAFETY: Active ingredients of Rust-Solve are non hazardous.
Mix in a clean vessel using clean fresh water. Rust-Solve solution is non toxic & non caustic is rapidly biodegradable, produces no dangerous fumes & contains no dangerous acids & will not burn healthy skin on contact.

As a precaution use of gloves & eye protection is recommended.
If RUST-SOLVE contacts eyes flush with fresh water for 15 minutes and if irritation persists contact a doctor.

BENEFITS & FEATURES: complete rust oxidation removal to clean metal. Will not etch steel. remove paint, or harm Chrome, Aluminum, Plastic, Rubber, Glass, Porcelain, Enamel, Iron or Stainless steel.

HOW TO USE: Mix Rust-Solve concentrate with clean fresh water until fully dissolved. Warm water speeds the dissolving of the concentrate.

For best results use in the temperature range between 75 F. and 105 F. Below 70o de-rusting time will be extended.

Remove all grease and oil from surface to be de-rusted.

Dip rusted items in solution or fill vessels pipes tanks etc.

Allow RUST-SOLVE time to penetrate and completely dissolve all rust generally 1 to 6 hours depending on the severity of oxidation

When all rust is fully dissolved,( test an area to determine this ) remove solution and flush treated surfaces with water and dry.

If required a Rust Inhibitor or Alkaline agent can be added to final wash down water to delay the re-rust process for several days.
Note: following treatment with Rust-Solve the surface metal is very clean and re-oxidation will occur if no coating is applied.

Rust-Solve rust stripper solution can be used repeatedly until solution is eventually depleted.

CAUTION: Do not use on Galvanize or Zinc or metals containing these. Rust-Solve will dissolve Galvanize and Zinc and these are dangerous toxic metals. All claims to the safety of Rust-Solve are void if any contamination occurs.
