ALLOW time for Rust-Solve to do its work. Use RUST-SOLVE to save you time—do other work or tasks while Rust-Solve cleans the rust. No timing is required when using Rust-Solve. When rust is dissolved, activity stops. You can de-rust over night or even while you go fishing. The time required for de-rusting depends on the severity of the rust and generally varies from 1 to 5 minutes for light rust, to up to 3 to 5 hours for extremely heavy pitted rust. Temperature is also a factor and the times given here are for de-rusting in the 75 F. to 85 F. range and using fresh RUST-SOLVE rust stripper. Time required will decrease if temperature is raised and decrease if lowered. In
addition, as the product becomes depleted (exhausted) the time
required to dissolve rust increases. For special applications,
Rust-Solve rust stripper can be heated which speeds up
de-rusting dramatically. |
